Taking high-quality raw materials such as PTFE virg., PTFE carbon, PTFE glass fibre, PTFE bronze and up to 5000 different variations we can produce semifinished products specifically to your requirements.
Large diameters are produced using the pressing and sintering process. This process is mainly suitable for small to medium quantities of pieces. The height of the semifinished products with this process is limited to 200 mm.
With the ram extrusion process it is possible to make rods and tubes for the mass production of components.
